The premises of the central office of the Kaunas University of Technology Students' Representation (KTU SA), located at Donelaičio str. 73, Kaunas, which opened its doors on 4 June after a major renovation, invite you to take a look around. It is hoped that these premises will become a symbol not only of physical changes but also of the beginning of a new phase.

KTU Vice-Rector of Studies, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kristina Ukvalbergienė, who initiated the renovation of the KTU SA Central Office premises, welcomed the renovated premises, emphasizing their significance not only for the representation of students, but also for the entire university community.

"I believe that in this renewed environment, students will feel motivated to participate actively in the life of the University, to be community-minded and creative. I wish that this renewed space will inspire students to build strong teams, implement new ideas and together shape positive changes in the KTU community", - says Assoc. Prof. Dr. K. Ukvalbergienė.

Although the old premises hold many precious memories and stories, the renovated environment will become a new source of inspiration for every student who comes here. Gražvydas Visockas, Director of Infrastructure at KTU, noted that the renovation of these spaces is part of a consistent process of upgrading the university's infrastructure.

"We want every space on campus to be functional, welcoming, inspiring, collaborative and creative. The Students' Representative Office is an important part of the university community, so it is great to see that this place today meets both modern needs and quality standards," said G. Visockas.

The renewed space opens the door not only to change, but also to an even stronger sense of community among students. KTU SA President Justas Čėsna noted that the renovated premises symbolize a new beginning - they will attract more students, which will encourage new ideas and initiatives.

"In these spaces, the directions of student representation are formed, ideas for events are developed, and many of the things that are later seen by the whole university start here. We sincerely thank the entire KTU community who have contributed to these impressive changes and make students feel heard and valued at the university level," emphasises J. Čėsna.
